Back-to-School Essentials

SCHOOL SEASON is officially back in full effect. As much as I have enjoyed this summer break, I am ready to get back to a set routine. I think I am more excited for the fall weather and busting out some cute little outfits and accessories. This school year is a special one for my little family, because our Dill Pickle is starting Kindergarten. Yes, I know the thought that I do not have a baby anymore makes me sad, but I am ready to see what this year brings our little guy.

Just like any other parent, whose child is going to BIG boy or girl school, I wondered what would be the best supplies or gear for him. I thought I would share some of our favorite back to school gear and would love to hear all of yours, too!

I have completely fell in LOVE with this glow in the dark backpack. You can find it at Pottery Barn Kids in a variety of sizes and even get it personalized with your child’s name. Not only does it glow in the dark, but has a entire collection that you can match with the backpack at a reasonable price.  Also, I have been eyeing this cute little pink llama bag for my one year old daughter, because I love everything by Skip Hop and it’s budget friendly!

Since the school gives the kids an list of supplies that they need such as crayons, markers, pretty much the usual items. I decided to grab this matching glow in the dark lunchbox for the days Dill do not want to eat what is in the cafeteria.
